This is a tour for those wishing to discover the beauties of Athens with the touch of the city’s night lights under the stars of the Athenian sky! It is an opportunity to see both the ancient and temporary Greece under the moonlight!
We drive through the Acropolis Hill (Propylea, Temple of Athena Nike, Parthenon and Erechtheion, Dionysus Theatre and Herodes Atticos Odeon, Areopagus-Mars Hill), the Temple of Zeus, the Old Olympic Stadium called Panathenaic (of all Athenians) or Kallimarmaro (best marble) Stadium, in its enlightened festive mood, the House of Parliament with the Tomb of The Unknown Soldier in front, as well as the Changing of the Guards.
Continuing our night wondering, we drive by the buildings of the Architectural Trilogy of University Street; the Academy, the University of Athens, and the National Library, to reach up to Lycabettus Hill which offers a magnificent 360o panoramic view of Athens city being lit up!
Aftewards, we head towards Plaka, the oldest picturesque neighborhood of Athens with stone-paved streets, traditional shops, authentic Greek music, folk dances, Greek wine and traditional delicacies.
In the end, we visit Piraeus port, the main Greek port, passing by its nicest parts like Microlimano, Marina Zeas offering a romantic perspective of the lights reflecting in the waters!
